A luxury hotel in Miami Beach, FL is looking for a Security Manager to add to their team!

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in loss prevention or security within hotel property.
• Proficient in using portable radios, telephones, copy machines, computers, and hotel guest communication devices/tablets.
• Holds current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
• Certified as a Fire Safety Director.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Engineering in managing fire prevention programs and emergency preparedness.
• Conducts hazard and risk assessments at the property, including quarterly OSHA/SAFETY audits, incident tracking, and managing the hazard abatement process.
• Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and safety regulations. Adheres to proper key control guidelines for loss prevention and property security.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
