The Chelsea at Greenburgh is looking for an Assisted Living Coordinator that will provide overall leadership and management of the AL community. Responsible for implementing strategies and systems that benefit the overall quality of the community. Responsible for review of payroll for hourly wellness staff and on-call RN hours.
This individual will collaborate with the HSD and Executive Director to ensure staffing levels are appropriate for levels of care. The ALC is responsible for staffing and scheduling for all wellness staff with the exception of RN's and LPN's. The ALC schedules all in-house doctor visits for residents and communicates follow-up needs to HSD and families.
An applicant should have: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
