This position is responsible for the organization of electronic health records, ensuring they are accurate, correctly maintained and up to date. In this role, you would be an integral part of a team whose energy, compassion, and creativity and talents are valued and rewarded. Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED 
• Knowledge of medical record terminology preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facility preferred
• Ability to accurately complete health insurance forms and requests for information.
• Computer skills required
• Proven success in a professional office setting
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Motivated, energetic, and able to work both independently and under supervision
