Description:

The Coalition to Save Our Mental Health Centers seeks motivated, responsible, students 18 years and older to work in the Near Southwest Side (including the community areas of South Lawndale, Lower West Side, Mckinley Park, Bridgeport, and Armour Square) this summer to help create a new Expanded Mental Health Services Program. You will be part of a team each day working to educate residents and collect signatures to increase mental health services in the community. Excellent training and supervision will be provided!

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 18
• A legal U.S. citizen
• Must be passionate about mental health!

Compensation

• $17/hr

• 8 weeks
• June 10th - August 2nd

Work Days

• M, T, TH -- 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
• W, F -- 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
