We're seeking an experienced Real Estate Analyst for a Temp to Hire Opportunity with a Venture Capital and Private Equity Principal firm located in Chicago. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and drive process improvements across the organization. Ideally, you have a background in industrial real estate and are proficient in Excel. However, strong Excel skills alone will also be considered. This person will be on-site in their Skokie office, Monday-Friday, 9-5.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret industrial data to uncover trends and insights.
• Create and maintain models, tools, and databases to aid decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and offer data-driven recommendations.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations to share findings with stakeholders.
• Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor progress and spot improvement areas.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and handle special projects to support business goals.Top of Form

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of industrial analysis experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on critical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau
• Knowledge of industrial processes, manufacturing principles, and supply chain management concepts.

COMPENSATION :

Hourly $30/hour based on experience.
