Job summaryWholesale Loan Operations (WLO) services several lines of businesses within JPMorgan Chase, including Business Banking, Global Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Commercial Banking. The group consists of approximately 2,000 employees and is responsible for over $500 billion in loans outstanding. The Quality Control Analyst will leverage their expertise in reviewing documentation and approving loan transactions in various forms on the applicable commercial loan systems. Candidates will also be asked to participate in projects assigned by the Manager. High volumes and daily deadlines are routine for this role. Job responsibilities One year or more experience in WLS Loan Operations as a Quality Control Specialist IV or Loan Servicing/Originations SpecialistExperience with processing and/or reviewing the approval of loan funding, wires, payments, rate updates and account maintenance for multiple LOBsExperience reviewing documentation to ensure compliance, credit, audit, and funding/pre-funding requirements are met.Experience reviewing approved and executed documents to ensure approval is consistent with executed documents.Responsible for ensuring that processed work is in compliance with proceduresKnowledge and use of multiple loan systems and multiple supporting systems Communicating and clarifying information regarding submitted items with processing teamsResponsible for meeting service level expectations in addition to team and individual goalsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills A college degree or 2-3 years of Financial services or Operations experience requiredStrong analytical, problem solving and judgment skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to organize and prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a metrics driven environmentUnderstands the importance of details and seeks to understand their impacts; methodical approach to tasks; procedure/process oriented.
