We are currently looking for a Full Time Digital Media Coordinator to join our WinStar Marketing team located at the WinStar World Casino and Resort working 8:00AM-4:30PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.

- Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
- Monitors and updates multimedia video library to ensure all data is up-to-date and logged appropriately
- Assists with internal and external media requests
- Assists with requested media distribution
- Conducts DVD duplication requests
- Assists in the process of tape ingest to useable digital media
- Ensures all media within multimedia is being properly stored, ingested, archived, named and organized appropriately
- Performs light editing
- Enters metadata properly to stored media
- Prepares reports as needed or requested
- Pulls video footage from the library as requested for internal and outside sources and projects.
- Conducts necessary research for new projects including technical aspects and programming technologies
- Uploads/imports video footage and media for department projects
- Locates media, ingests media and creates video loops
- Creates video playlists for video loops
- Provides secondary assistance for department projects (i.e., grip, camera, editing, audio, graphics, light producing, etc.)
- Assists in technical troubleshooting with computers, equipment and software
- Assists in audio/visual (A/V) support - setting up screens, computers, televisions, etc., for presentations
- Assists with teleprompter operation
- Assists in all department of communications projects
- All other duties as assigned
