Christ Hospital is in search of Physical Therapists to join the outpatient team in Cincinnati, OH!
Location: 11140 Montgomery Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45249
Shift: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week (clinic hours are 7am – 6:30pm)
*No weekends, no on-call!
Must Haves:
· Degree in Physical Therapy from approved APTA school
· At least one-year of experience
· BLS Certification
· Physical Therapy license
Responsibilities:
· Patient evaluations
· Completes all patient related documentation, including encounter forms, accurately and in a timely manner.
· Documents progression of exercise program on flow sheet including resistance, repetitions, time and position, and indicates skilled care.
· Participates in performance improvement initiatives by fully assisting in the collection of data i.e., satisfaction surveys/outcome surveys or measures and as assigned.
