DescriptionMaterial Management – Virginia Beach, VAThe Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator responsible for the coordination and delivery of materials and all aspects of loading and unloading operations within the CBN warehouse.
The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications
- Oversee, train, and develop inventory and accounting systems
- Experience in a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of material management practices and procedures
- Coordinate daily tasks and scheduling of truck usage
- Ability to operate a forklift, electric pallet jack, stock picker, shredder and other material management equipment
- Strong ability to work with detail and consistently meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good computer skills with ability to learn new software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to walk, bend, stoop and lift and carry up to 80lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
- High-energy with a strong work ethic
- Possess current driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to successfully maintain OSHA certification for forklifts/stock picker and pallet jacks
