In this role you will partner with SVP, Human Resources for Evernorth Health Services & Enterprise Strategy and Office of the Chief Health Officer, HR Officers and the HRBP team across aligned businesses, the COEs, and the business in action-based talent planning and proactive identification of talent needs. You will create and enable the execution of a business unit talent strategy and roadmap aligned to business strategy. You will work with the business to develop a framework and infrastructure to 1) identify and prioritize critical roles and capability needs and 2) create hiring, development and deployment strategies that meet those needs. You will be responsible for the overall management of the aligned businesses’ succession planning and talent review processes to identify, assess and deploy a diverse leadership pipeline.
