Job Description

Job Description

Position Summary:  Responsible for the administrative management and oversight of services provided to youth and families in FSRI's Therapeutic Foster Care and Kinship CARES programs. Recruits, trains, and supervises compassionate, trauma-informed and highly effective teams. Ensures program maintains fidelity to evidence based models and meets all contract and Medicaid standards. Builds and maintains positive relationships with the Department of Children, Youth and Families. Assists Department Director and Vice President with continuous program development, implementation and improvement. Carries clinical cases as necessary. Provides emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed.

Qualifications:

  • LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psy.D. or RNC required.
  • Prior supervisory experience required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance a must.
  • Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
