GENERAL DUTIESPerforms highly-skilled laboratory functions and other technical duties in support of coursework.
CONTRACT TITLEAdjunct College Laboratory Technician
FLSANon-exempt
Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma with a minimum of four years related experience. Additional education may be used to meet the experience requirement: an Associate degree may be substituted for two years experience, and a Bachelor's degree may be substituted for four years experience.
Other QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:
National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation for ServSafe Food Safety and NYC DOH Foodhandlers
Minimum of eight years of experience in food service purchasing, restaurant or catering management
Good interpersonal, communications, presentation, organizational and technical skillls
Fluency in all Microsoft Office applications
American Culinary Federation (ACF) certification - CCE, CEC, CMC, CPC, CCA
Bachelor's degree
Compensation$31.22 - $32.44 per hour. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
