OVERVIEW:
Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in installing, configuring, and supporting a diverse range of software, hardware, and networking equipment critical to achieving the Bank's business objectives. In this fast-paced environment, you will engage in project management, training, documentation development, support ticket troubleshooting and resolution, and network and security malignance, ensuring seamless IT experience for internal users and business units and bank customers.
