Your role at Clorox:
As a valued member of the Glad/Brita Business Unit Supply Chain Tech Team, this position focuses on serving as an engineering expert primarily dedicated to Glad Blanket Bag Conversion technology and integrated proprietary systems related to conversion equipment. The engineer collaborates closely with Operations, R&D, and the Clorox Supply Chain Central Engineering Team to enhance capabilities and optimize manufacturing performance across both Glad and Brita plants. The role requires on-site presence at Clorox facilities in either Amherst, VA, or Rogers, AR, for at least four days a week, with periodic business travel (averaging 25-50% annually) determined by work assignments. Additionally, occasional collaboration with Glad facilities in China, Orangeville Ontario, or external manufacturing sites contributes to advancing technology, efficiency, and reliability within the Glad/Brita Business Unit Supply Chain.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900
–Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400
–Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900
