The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for delivering clerical support and assisting in the daily operations of our Fitness and Tennis facility including maintaining online schedules, booking appointments, and ensuring that the highest levels of member and guest satisfaction are attained. This position contributes to the overall success of the Fitness & Tennis Center by embodying the mission, vision, and values of the Club.
Rate of Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour based on experience
PT Shift
Early morning shift 5:30 am - 9:30 am.

General duties include but are not limited to the following: *
Greeting and directing members and their guests to the proper area of the facility using the member name when possible.
Answering a multi-line phone system while handling member and guest inquiries.
Keep online schedule system up to date with reservations and appointments.
Ensure all guest fees, service fees, and class fees are correctly charged.
Communicate and process all information from shift-to-shift and day-to-day.
Responsible for data entry and maintaining records using Excel, Word, and Member Service software.
