Position Title: Graphic Designer, Events Marketing Specialist
Reports to: Director, Marketing

Classification: Full-time, exempt
Summary / Job Objective: Simplicity is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our marketing team to produce high-quality visual content for a variety of events. This role requires expertise in graphic design software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Job Functions: Design and produce marketing materials for events, including but not limited to name tags, agendas and itineraries, banners, posters, brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and event programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual themes for events
· Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials
· Work closely with event coordinators to understand the goals and requirements for each event
· Create visually appealing and engaging content that effectively communicates the event's message and drives attendance
· Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts
· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on events marketing
· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative solutions
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software
· Familiarity with print production processes and specifications
· Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
