Job Number 675034BR Description:The Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) Program is expanding to respond to increased USG and International customer demand for rapid insertion of advanced capabilities, increased production quantities of missiles, and expansion of platform integration efforts. JASSM is a combat-proven, long-range, conventional, air-to-ground, precision standoff missile, designed to destroy high-value, well-defended, fixed and relocatable targets. With sales growth anticipated to exceed $1B per year to support increased capability and production capacity, our program management team is expanding. The JASSM Development Program Management Team is comprised of program managers organized with leadership roles that are specific to assigned contract scope yet flexible to meet your career development goals. The Development Program Management Team is responsible for: Development of the next generation technology to insert into future JASSM variants, continuous development of JASSM software products to upgrade capabilities of missiles in inventory, and mission planning products to produce software for the Air Force to employ the JASSM. This position as a JASSM Futures Program Manager is responsible for the Development, Execution, and Capture of Air Force contracts that align with the JASSM Capability Roadmap. What You Will Be Doing * Lead the execution of the JASSM IRAD activities, focused on improving the production capacity, capability and commonality with LRASM. * Manage Special Access projects currently in work to improve JASSM system performance and survivability. * Capture new business through collaboration with Customer to develop RFP, proposal preparation and negotiations. * Ensure timely awards of contract actions, providing status to internal and external stakeholders, and holding task leads accountable to technical, cost and schedule requirements. * Coordinate with JASSM and Government program leads and managers to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into production Why Join us Do you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality? Discover Orlando Basic Qualifications: * Candidates must possess an Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance. * Leadership of cross-functional team with responsibility for quality/technical, schedule and cost performance * Experience leading subordinate leaders and developing talent (i.e. IPT leads) * Experience in risk identification and management * Demonstrated performance working supplier production teams * Proven ability to work multiple, high-priority tasks in parallel with minimal direction * Strong communication skills (verbal, written), demonstrated executive presence * Experience establishing strong customer relationships
Desired Skills: * Experience with Proposal Process (proposal prep, EPP, negotiations) * Technical degree or Engineering background * Experience with missile systems & sub-systems * Experience with capture initiatives * Experience with Development or Production Programs * Experience working with subcontract management * Experience leading affordability initiatives
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
