As an Executive Director of Analytics for Collections & Auto Service & Collections you will set priorities, develop and execute a roadmap in consultation with collections product leadership to support the achievement of product OKRs. You will be involved in directing all phases of the analytics lifecycle, including hypothesis development, analysis scoping, identification of AI/ML opportunities, business case development, experimental design, generating insights, developing and delivering findings. Job Responsibilities Lead partnership with collections executives and demonstrate a strong understanding of business drivers and underlying data Develop insights that drive product feature prioritization by understanding volumes and customer journey/friction points across a variety of channels (calls, branch, online, mobile) Contribute to development of and measurement against business cases; Analyze program performance and derive insights to help inform future customer strategies Collaborate with product owners to formulate quantifiable goals; advise on strategies to achieve business goals Lead execution of KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards and analyses including segmentations, optimizations and other techniques to improve business function performance Import, clean, transform and validate data from multiple sources in preparation for analytics Leverage a variety of analytical applications (SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.) to describe, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data setsRequired Qualifications, capabilities and skills 8 years of related experience (i.e. leading analytic initiatives and/or in operational environments within consumer financial services or similar domains) Demonstrate exceptional people management and team-building skills Ability to build relationships, support, and negotiate successfully with internal stakeholders Ability to direct team on technical aspects of data acquisition and analysis - Typically evidenced personal experience and expertise Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills; Ability to present fact-based recommendations in a clear and concise way to 'tell a story' with data Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functionsPreferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field, Master's degree preferredrelocation support is not offered for this role
