DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Greets all customers in the store with a positive, polite, and helpful attitude.
•Willingness to learn all facets of the store
•Ensure that all products are faced and fronted for easy availability and an attractive store appearance.
•Maintains sales floor cleanliness to ensure the free of debris and work areas are clean and uncluttered.
•Ensures back stock areas are organized and maintained in clean, safe and orderly condition to assist in smooth flow of product to sales floor.
•Assists in other departments as requested.
•Dust, wipe down, front and face products to achieve an attractive retail presentation.
•Assists with department maintenance: maintains displays, cases, work areas, shelf tags and sales signs, janitorial duties.
•Maintains good communications with co-workers and managers throughout the Co-op.
•Reads, completes, and updates assigned department task lists & logs each shift.
•Adheres to all required store, safety, and health department standards.
•Maintains COVID guidelines and assist in monitoring customers for compliance.
•Attends and participates in regular staff meetings and training.
•Stays knowledgeable about all Common Market promotions, ads and discount offers.
•Open availability for scheduling needs
•Other duties as assigned.
