The Community Supports Network is Hiring a Residential Supervisor Near Kearney, NE

CSN Kearney is currently offering a $1,500 hiring bonus for candidates successfully hired. The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments: $200 - First paycheck following completion of pre-service training, $500 - 3 months of employment, $800 - 6 months of employment.

As a Front Line Supervisor (FLS), you will develop and lead team members to deliver quality services that help support individuals to learn, grow, and live their best possible lives and thrive as members of their community! This is a salaried position requiring evening and weekend availability, and will be part of the weekend On-Call rotation for the agency once trained.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management
  • Support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene
  • Run errands such as shopping and going to appointments
  • Encourage and foster individuals’ hobbies and interests
  • Provide habilitation & documentation
  • Follow health & safety protocols
  • Engage and coach Direct Support Professionals
  • Manage & Oversee Residential Home

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 Year experience in field of intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral services
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
  • Reliable vehicle to transport during shift
  • Pass all background checks
  • Full range of motion, physical strength, and the ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications

Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have completed high school; must possess a valid drivers license, maintain an acceptable driving record, have reliable transportation, and current and valid auto insurance. Applicant must favorably pass all required background checks; have full range of motion, physical strength, and ability to achieve and maintain required training and certifications.
