Required ExperienceDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a variety of different content to support communications efforts, including emails, newsletters, website, materials, FAQ's, and presentations.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of project information, training materials, and instructional processes.
- Monitor and manage numerous project timelines to ensure milestones, priorities, and deadlines are on track for completion.
- Create communications templates to build a resource toolkit for recurring initiatives and inquiries.
- Build a project management plan and system to organize all communications projects and assets.
- Coordinate volunteers, support staff, vendors and more to support community events.
- Respond to and support all staff requests regarding information related to projects.
- Respond to each inquiry, whether from a customer, vendor, or co-worker in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
- Strict adherence to brand style guides, customer-facing terminology and other relevant policies for external communications and marketing.
- Develop a content review and approval process for stakeholders to foster collaboration and deadline compliance.
- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
- Uphold the rights and interests of the Authority while building and maintaining an effective relationship with employees.
- Perform related duties and projects as assigned.
- Ability to occasionally work outside of regular working hours to support communication and education-related initiatives in the field.

- While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
