We are looking for an Agency Account Manager to manage our client relationships and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Project Planning: Assisting in the creation of detailed project plans and timelines.
• Project Management Software: Entering and managing key information in our project management tool, Monday.com.
• Client Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive start.
• Reporting and Presentations: Preparing comprehensive reports and engaging client presentations to communicate project status and results.
• Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling client calls and meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
• Administrative Support: Providing general support to ensure projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with other team members, including designers, marketers, and developers, to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Reviewing project deliverables to ensure they meet the agency’s standards and client expectations.
• Issue Resolution: Identifying potential project risks and working proactively to resolve any issues that arise.
• Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the development of internal processes to improve project efficiency and client satisfaction.

• At least 1 year of experience in account management or project coordination.
• Proficiency with project management software, preferably Monday.com.
• Agency experience is an asset.
• Marketing experience or education is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days per week in our Boca Raton office.
