The Coney Island is Hiring a Bartender and Server Near Richmond, IN
We are a busy bar/restaurant, we do a lot of gambling and we're looking for fun, experienced bartender/servers who like to make great money. We offer competitive hourly pay, monthly bonuses, every Sunday and major holidays off and you'll regularly earn some of the best tips around--without tipping out any portion of them, what you make you KEEP! We also offer paid vacation and a 401k with matching contributions after one year of employment. Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude, ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Certified Server training certificate, food manager certification helpful.
