com / apartments-dayton-oh). We offer a structured 40 hour schedule, full benefits, great starting pay ($43k-$50k based on experience) plus uncapped bonuses averaging $15k-$25k on top!

As a sales consultant, you are the face of the property and responsible for building relationships to drive sales and increase retention.

What you’ll do :

• Use our sales process to build rapport to get new leases signed.
• Convert phone and email leads into in-person tours.
• Deliver excellent customer service to our residents to increase lease renewals.
