Qualified candidates will:

• Calculate equity fund distribution waterfalls for all our investments.
• Prepare Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculations for our properties.
• Maintain the mater databases for all assignments and own the changes within both the debt and equity funds.
• Support annual audit and tax preparations for all investments.
• Perform property valuation calculations for all investments.
