The Constant Search, Inc. is Hiring a Rodman Near Longview, TX
DescriptionHello, this is Chris Barry, KSA’s Survey Manager and I am currently looking to expand KSA’s survey capability through the addition of a survey crew. This new crew could potentially include a survey rodman. The rodman position is a (truly) entry level survey position that would allow an individual with no experience to learn from experienced staff members to become an instrumentman and eventually a survey party chief. We are looking for someone that will work extremely hard and prove themselves to be a great team player and contributor. You know absolutely nothing about surveying, you say? That is ok. We are absolutely willing to train the right individual from the beginning. You have to enjoy working outside, sometimes in inclement conditions. You need to find pleasure in working with team members and a willingness to be flexible when necessary. This is the perfect career opportunity for someone that wants to learn a craft that will allow them to grow and gain additional responsibility and compensation along the way.
