Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Customer Champion : Conduct in-home consultations to understand and assess customers' HVAC needs and preferences.

• Trend Tracker : Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest HVAC systems, products, and industry trends.
• Lead Generator : Use your networking skills to generate leads through referrals, marketing campaigns, and community connections.
• Relationship Builder : Follow up with leads and customers to cultivate lasting relationships and trust.-Proposal Pro : Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, estimates, and contracts.
• Target Smasher : Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets like a pro.-Team Collaborator : Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
• Continuous Learner : Attend training sessions and sales meetings to hone your product knowledge and sales techniques.-Detail Oriented : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in our CRM system.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and solutions.-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
