CTX ProScapes is looking for a meticulous and dedicated Commercial Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing accurate bid proposals for commercial landscape construction and irrigation projects, ensuring that all estimates align with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining budget adherence throughout project execution and will work under the supervision of the Vice President of Commercial.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review plans and specifications to prepare thorough bid proposals for landscape construction and irrigation projects.
• Gather, calculate, and compile takeoff data for use in estimates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and routinely update estimates to assist in keeping projects on budget.
• Maintain up-to-date information on pricing from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring competitive and accurate bids.
• Utilize standard estimating software to present information to management and maintain organized documentation of all estimates.
• Actively monitor online bid platforms for new projects, ensuring timely and strategic bids.
• Ongoing project audits and post review for accounting and estimating procedures.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial landscape construction industry estimating, with irrigation and landscape estimating highly preferred.
• Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Bluebeam or CAD; knowledge of Construct Connect is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while meeting all deadlines and goals.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating estimated details with team members and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of responsibilities.
