This role is crucial in ensuring that all tasks are efficiently completed, from analyzing project requirements to presenting estimates to clients.

Our colorful logo reflects the beauty and natural wealth of Brazil, symbolizing nature, water, and gold.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Project Analysis : Analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project scope.

  • Cost Estimation : Determine factors of production influencing costs, prepare material and labor estimates, and create detailed cost analyses throughout the project life cycle.
  • Customer Meetings : Serve as the first representative of the company, meeting with clients onsite to discuss remodeling projects.

Conduct walk-arounds to understand the project scope, listen to client needs, and explain proper methods to make their visions come true.

  • Client Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage bids from contractors and vendors, and use bid data effectively.
  • Presentation & Documentation : Present prepared estimates to management and clients, compile and record actual costs, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Detailed Project Data : Take measurements, photos, and notes using a company-provided iPad. Ensure all project details are thoroughly documented.
  • Follow-Up : Schedule onsite visits with clients for showroom interactions.-Schedule Management : Split time between field and office work;

spend 3 days a week in the field (2 mornings and 2 afternoons) and 2 days in the office building estimates with a 24-hour turnaround time.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Experience : 5 years of proven experience in residential project estimation and coordination.

  • Skills : Strong analytical and mathematical skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.-Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.-Detail-Oriented : Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio : Ability to provide a portfolio of completed projects.-Clearance : Ability to pass a clearance and background check.
  • Language : Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.-Design Software : Experience with design software for kitchen cabinets, counters, and finishes.
  • Specialized Knowledge : Experience in deck and porch design, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and understanding of knock down and rebuilds at the shore.
