The Field Customer Service Specialist will be the face of our company, providing exceptional client facing interactions, be responsible for conducting on-site evaluations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process for our pressure washing and painting projects.

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Conduct on-site evaluations of properties to assess the scope of work for pressure washing and painting projects, including the current conditions of materials and taking accurate measurements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.-Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to recommend appropriate pressure washing areas and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns and providing exceptional customer service.-Keep up to date on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in pressure washing and painting techniques and materials.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Valid Virginia driver's license is required, and a clean, insurable driving record for 5 years is required.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.-Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
