You will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables are completed within budget, on-time, and to client satisfaction.

Our commitment to research, training, and excellence has positioned us as a respected leader in the field.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Assist in the installation and configuration of A / V systems, home automation, lighting controls, security systems, and custom shades.

• Perform tasks such as pre-wiring, terminating, testing, and troubleshooting.-Create daily work reports and maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with project management, sales, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.-Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics to carry out installations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure that installed systems perform optimally.-Work with control systems such as Savant, Control4, Lutron, and Crestron.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards on job sites.-Work independently and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Occasionally work weekends, evenings, and overtime when required.The ideal candidate should possess : -Required : High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Experience in the installation, integration, programming, and / or support of audio / video systems hardware, software, and infrastructure.

Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and creatively solve problems.Proficiency in using hand and power tools in both new construction and finished environments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for 8 hours a day, and drive daily.

Preferred : Knowledge of Savant, Control4, Lutron, and Crestron control systems.Understanding of networking, design, and troubleshooting.

Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets.Certifications such as CEDIA or InfoComm coursework in A / V systems installation.
