Job Summary:

Brickworks Property Restoration is seeking a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales of foundation repair services.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, and property managers to identify sales opportunities.
Conduct on-site assessments and evaluations of foundation issues.
Provide accurate and detailed estimates to customers for foundation repair services.
Present and explain product and service offerings to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
Follow up with customers to close sales and secure contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and sales forecasts.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
With prior experience in installing foundations and waterproofing.
Knowledgeable in residential aspects such as gutters, siding and roofing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Knowledge of foundation repair techniques and services is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
