JOB DESCRIPTION : Are you a seasoned sales professional with experience in asphalt and concrete sales or a strong background in commercial property management?
Do you possess the tenacity to build and nurture relationships with property managers around town? DC Construction Services is seeking a highly motivated Asphalt & Concrete Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth and success in the construction industry!Responsibilities : Network with Property Managers : Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers in the local area to identify potential leads and opportunities for asphalt and concrete projects.
Bidding and Quoting : Utilize your expertise to accurately bid jobs using quote sheets, providing competitive and comprehensive quotes to potential clients.
On-site Issue Identification : Conduct on-site visits to various locations to assess and identify potential asphalt and concrete issues.
Offer suitable solutions and recommendations for replacement or repair as needed.Industry Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to asphalt and concrete to better serve clients and make informed recommendations.
Sales and Revenue Generation : Achieve and exceed sales targets through a proactive and results-driven approach, effectively communicating the value proposition of DC Construction Services to potential clients.
Ideal Candidate Has : Sales Skills : Possess strong sales and negotiation skills to secure contracts and close deals successfully.
Industry Experience : Previous experience in asphalt and concrete sales is preferred, or a direct background in commercial property management with a keen interest in construction sales.
Problem-solving Abilities : Ability to identify issues on-site and propose suitable solutions, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge.
Self-motivated : Exhibit a proactive and self-driven attitude to achieve sales goals and explore new business opportunities independently.
