Full Job Description

Platinum Restoration is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Who we are:

Platinum Restoration is a locally owned contractor that specializes in insurance restoration projects, both commercial and residential. As an A accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, we service clients in Cuyahoga, Lorain, Huron, Erie, Medina and Summit counties, and offer complete restoration from emergency loss mitigation to total reconstruction. Our team of Project Manager, Field Supervisors and Subcontractors have over 20-years of experience in the insurance restoration industry, so we are the ideal choice for your residential or commercial restoration needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Oversee and manage all phases of restoration projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior management.
  • Handle project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures where applicable.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of restoration processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
  • Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
