Who we are:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day project tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate logistics and resources to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation.
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Utilize project management software and tools to organize and manage project activities.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Drive sales efforts, including identifying potential clients, presenting proposals, and closing sales.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience in project management, expediting, and logistics management.
- Ability to conduct inspections and ensure quality control.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
