Are you a people-person with a knack for sales and a passion for HVAC? JM Mechanical is on the hunt for a Residential Comfort Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this commission-based role, you'll be the face of our company, helping homeowners in our community discover the perfect HVAC solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Customer Champion: Conduct in-home consultations to understand and assess customers' HVAC needs and preferences.
Product Guru: Present and explain JM Mechanical's HVAC products, services, and financing options in a way that's easy for anyone to understand.
Trend Tracker: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest HVAC systems, products, and industry trends.
Lead Generator: Use your networking skills to generate leads through referrals, marketing campaigns, and community connections.
Relationship Builder: Follow up with leads and customers to cultivate lasting relationships and trust.
Proposal Pro: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, estimates, and contracts.
Target Smasher: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets like a pro.
Team Collaborator: Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Continuous Learner: Attend training sessions and sales meetings to hone your product knowledge and sales techniques.
Detail Oriented: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in our CRM system.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in HVAC or sales is a plus.
