Hi,
I am looking for an experienced administrative assistant / jr agent to support a top agent in my office.
To be considered you MUST have your NYS real estate license and a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a busy office environment.
Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing daily business operations and making sure that each team member has the materials (comps, pitch package, brochures, etc.) required for the day’s appointments
- Ensuring all pertinent correspondence (emails, contracts, financial documents, etc.) are supplied to team lead for proper follow up and filed for record keeping
- Making sure all tasks and goals are clearly articulated for proper execution
- Client follow up and business correspondence
- Calendar Management/heavy appointment scheduling
- Preparing “pitch packages” for client distribution when meeting to discuss a potential exclusive
- Preparing presentation packages for business meetings usually related to larger projects and possible developments
- Showing apartments
You must have experience with the following:
- Advanced MS Office knowledge - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to speak and write clearly and concisely
- Strong attention to detail
