We are looking for experienced call center candidates with a background in either real estate, mortgage lending or both to acquire new clients (Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Lenders) for our Level 1 Coaching program.

This is an in-office position in Cornelius, North Carolina.

Requirements for this position:

• A minimum of five (5) years of inside phone sales experience
• Great understanding of the Mortgage and/or Real Estate industries
• Call center experience making 100 outbound calls daily
• A competitive desire to succeed personally, financially, and professionally
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Creativity, a “think outside the box" mentality
