The Courville Bedford - Carlyle is Hiring a LNA (or PCA) - Small Assisted Living Near Bedford, NH

The Courville at Bedford-Carlyle Place is an Assisted Living Community in Bedford, NH. Conveniently located across the street from the Bedford Village Inn. We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for a part-time and Per Diem LNAs or PCAs:

  • PT 3-11 - every other Friday
  • Per Diem positions
  • Licensed LNA or Personal Care Assistant (no license required)

Dependability and good communication are critical skills for successful candidates. Get to know our residents and touch their lives in a way that makes a difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with ADLs
  • Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff; including bathing (including use of whirlpool tub), dressing, assisting with dining and ambulation program
  • Assist with transporting residents to and from meals, activities, and appointments
  • Answer call lights and make rounds regularly to ensure residents’ safety and comfort
  • Observe residents and report any abnormalities or changes in condition to supervisor

  • Ability to build rapport with residents
  • Punctual, dependable work ethic
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to work well in teams to provide a positive care environment
  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodations required by Federal, State or Local law.
