Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Assist with food prep tasks including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and menu requirements.
  • Cooking and Assembly: Prepare and assemble menu items following established recipes, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
  • Station Support: Support kitchen operations by replenishing supplies, assisting with cooking tasks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Cleaning and Sanitization: Ensure kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas are clean, sanitized, and properly maintained in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels, rotating perishable items, and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service hours.
