The Crossing Apartment Homes in Denver, a 482 Apartment Home community, is seeking a Full Time Service Technician to join our team. The position will require an individual who cares about their work, is energetic, self-motivated and can execute quality work in a timely fashion. If you want sincere appreciation for the work you complete, then you are the right person for this position!
Apartment Maintenance Knowledge or Equivalent Skills & Experience in the following areas is required:
- HVAC Experience and/or EPA Certification Required
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Appliance Repair
- Make Ready Process

We value our team members and offer a work schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, paid holidays, paid sick time, vacation time as well as offering health, dental and vision insurance. No Snow Removal or Computer Work Required as we want you to complete maintenance. We have been owner managed since 1994, we pay our bills and have no plans to sell our property! EOE
