We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. Prior high volume experience is a MUST.

Must be willing and able to :

• Greet bar guests and make guests waiting for tables feel welcomed and acknowledged.
• Prepare cocktails for the dining room as ordered by servers and serve bar guests.
• Ensure proper measurements of cocktail ingredients, especially for signature cocktails.
• Accurately enter all drink orders on checks.
• Maintain correct stock levels of beers, wines by the glass, juices, and waters in bar refrigerators.
• Present and promote current promotional information and materials to guests.
• Follow and complete the closing bar checklist before departure unless otherwise assigned by management.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the bar and front lounge area in accordance with Health Department standards.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
• Ensure all ingredients and garnishes needed for beverage and signature cocktail preparation are available.
• Immediately communicate any issues (e.g., lighting, cooling units) to management.
• Perform calmly and effectively under pressure..
• Work a variable and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
