Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

Document and track incidents, requests, and resolutions using a ticketing system.

Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or specialized support teams as necessary.

Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment and systems.

Conduct basic training sessions and create user guides for common issues.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of common issues and solutions.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

Familiarity with networking principles and troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
