Description Overview:
Looking for candidates who have payroll administration experience or contract administration experience. Experience with program LCP Tracker is preferred.
Checking that qualified work completed at the nuclear site has been reported by the respective contractors in a third party on-line system.
Reconcile contractor reported payrolls in the system to a site report of completed work.
Contact contractors to address reporting discrepancies including late reports, missing data, and non-compliant wages.
Contact contractors to determine whether on-site work should be reported in the system.
Provide periodic reports regarding contractor compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
Other administrative duties as needed to support the process.
LCP tracker system
Monitoring system to make sure contractors have provided information on time
open to non-local candidates
Microsoft experience (excel, etc.)
Experience with prevailing wage laws would be helpful, but not required
Hours worked need to occur in the timeframe of 8a-5p
Nuclear experience is NOT required
