Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with company goals.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Manage supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.

Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs and plan procurement activities.

Monitor procurement budgets and track expenditures.

Address and resolve procurement and supplier-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Proven experience in procurement and sourcing management.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in procurement and sourcing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
