- Bachelor's Degree or Graduate's Degree in business, computer engineering, computer science, or information systems, or equivalent experience
- Certification in programs such as Agile, SQL, or Scrum
- Fluent in statistics and able to conduct business process analysis
- Maintains communication with fellow analysts and claims leadership to ensure proper assignment strategy, load-balancing, and implementation of any ongoing business process improvements
- Develop knowledge of metrics and tools, and how to recommend changes and/or take actions to improve business outcomes
- Access data through moderately complex querying and develop an understanding of how data flows through the various claims systems
- Research Analysts read articles, news briefs, and financial reports; and report the most compelling intelligence to clients
- Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Additional Business Analyst duties may apply
