The CSI Companies is Hiring a Data Engineer Near Roseland, NJ

Data Engineer- Roseland, NJ- Hybrid CSI Companies is hiring a highly qualified Data Engineer for a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based Human Capital Management solutions and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, analytics and compliance located in New Jersey. As a Data Engineer you will be responsible for building data pipelines in AWS and then test/validate the data process.In this role, you'll need to have the ability to analyze the current process and make recommendations for a better process and fix any issues. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who has 2 years of snowflake experience. You must be able to work on-site in Roseland/Florham Park, NJ 3 days a week with this hybrid, full time schedule. Qualifications:
  • Conduct quantitative data analysis using a variety of datasets, including developing retrieval, processing, fusion, analysis, and visualization of various datasets
  • Explore the usage patterns and help with profiling the data from various datasets acquired from both internal and external data sources
  • Build data pipelines in AWS in a cost-effective manner
  • Work with product groups to understand existing data and work towards cleansing and conforming that data
  • Work through complex data problems using SQL, PLSQL, Python, PySpark and Cloud services to deliver data products to end users
  • Testing and QA of all steps of data processing
  • Builds and produces reports and dashboards to visualize the analysis outcomes
