Practice details include:

• 100% Outpatient Practice
• Monday-Friday 8-5 with Saturday Morning Shift Every 4-6 Weeks
• Health Insurance and Profit Sharing
• $85,000-$90,000 Base with Quality Incentives Up To $4,500 Per Quarter
• Location eligible for NHSC/HRSA loan repayment.
