• Ability to write and edit; design and develop graphic concepts; Microsoft products; Confluence; SharePoint
• Develop presentations, documentation and other written material as requested by the customer.
• Create graphic representations of information.
• Write, edit, and format technical content to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Collaborate with the customer to develop proposal documentation.
• Self-starter who can responsibly and independently advance work
• Work with leadership at all levels and present relevant information
• All other duties as assigned or directed.
Basic Qualifications: Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.
• 5 years of experience developing technical narratives
• Bachelor's in Communications, English, Journalism or other related field
• Ability to write and edit in clear, concise, and compelling language.
• Ability to design and develop graphic concepts to illustrate and clarify subject matter.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft products.
• Strong ability to write and edit documents.
• Strong ability to use creative ideas to develop presentations.
• Experience working with Confluence and SharePoint
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.
