We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service/Data Entry for our busy office!

Must have some sales and excellent phone skills within an office setting.

**No Cold Calls Expected** We have an established customer base.

Must be professional, organized, energetic, prompt and a self starter.

Computer experience needed.

Responsibilities:

• Online search for products and services.
• Handle phone calls and emails to answer customer/vendor questions.
• Work with customers to address their needs.
• Assist other sales persons along with the Purchasing Department.

This role involves handling customer inquiries and accurately entering data into our systems. **Duties:** - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Enter customer orders and information accurately into the database - Maintain and update customer records with accuracy - Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints - Perform data entry tasks efficiently - Organize and file documents as needed - Transcribe information from various sources **Requirements:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables - Ability to computerize data effectively - Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - Experience in order entry and data typing - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to file and maintain records accurately - Excellent clerical skills for data transcription This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values accuracy and customer service.
